Estate Planning

For many families, divorce requires amending estate plans. We regularly work with clients on changes to estate plans and wills, and we have experience establishing powers of attorney and amending estate plans based on re-marriage. We maintain a network of trusted professionals, including accountants, real estate brokers, and financial planners to assist you with financial and property matters.

Bankruptcy

For some people, divorce is the result of, or leads to, financial difficulties. If debt problems become overwhelming, we are experienced and prepared to provide legal guidance in filing bankruptcy. If a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy is necessary to protect you from creditors, we will represent you throughout the process and see that you receive every benefit available to you under the law.

If you would like to schedule an appointment to discuss how we can serve you and your family contact us anytime.

We conveniently serve clients throughout West Michigan, including the cities of Grand Rapids, Holland, Muskegon, and Grand Haven, and the counties of Kent, Ottawa, Allegan, Barry, Newaygo, Montcalm, and Ionia.
